Let us know if you're coming

Please reply by Friday 27 November 2026. One reply per household. List everyone in your party. If you've been invited to evening only, you'll see that on your printed invitation; just RSVP for the bits you've been asked to.

Before you start

The form takes about two minutes. Worth having to hand:

  • Names of everyone on your invitation (there's room for up to six of you)
  • An email address for whoever is filling it in, so we can confirm the reply
  • Any dietary or access needs for each of you
  • Day guests only: whether you'd like seats on the transport from the church to Halton Grove (it's about five minutes; there's parking at the venue if you'd rather drive)
  • Your dance floor banger, so the DJ can do their thing
