FAQs

The questions everyone asks

If yours isn't here, drop us an email at carolandtony24@gmail.com and we'll add it.

If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", absolutely — bring them. If it isn't, we've had to be strict on numbers. Sorry, and please don't take it personally.
We love yours, but we're keeping the day adults-only so parents can let their hair down.
Aim to be at St Andrew's Church, Corbridge by 12:40 pm — the service starts at 1:00 pm sharp. The vicar shuts the door, so please don't be late.
Free public parking is available in Corbridge village and around the church. At Halton Grove there's parking on site for ~50 cars. If you've come by taxi, the venue will store overnight bags safely.
Once the service has started, the vicar won't open the church door. If you're held up, head straight to Halton Grove and wait at the lawn entrance — we'll see you at the drinks reception from 2:30 pm.
The ceremony is inside the church. The drinks reception is on the lawn at Halton Grove (with a marquee plan if it's wet). Wedding breakfast and evening party are inside the venue. If it pours, we're fully covered.
Smart-formal. Think wedding-best, but bring something warm for the evening — Halton Grove's lawn gets breezy after sunset, even in July. Heels on grass aren't ideal, so flat or block heels are a sensible call. Please avoid white, cream, or ivory.
Yes — there's a dietary question on the RSVP, please fill it in honestly and we'll make sure the kitchen has you covered. If you need something specific that isn't on the list, write it in the "anything else" box.
We will be providing welcome drinks on arrival at Halton Grove and a cash bar. Card payments only at the bar — no cash.
Carriages at midnight. Pre-book your taxis from Corbridge Cars (or alternative)
If you're staying at the Beaumont or Travelodge in Hexham, sign up for the midnight coach on your RSVP. Corbridge village stays — pre-book Corbridge Cars. Newcastle-based guests, pre-book a people-carrier. We'll share confirmed transport details a fortnight before the day.
Through this site — head to the RSVP page. Reply by Saturday 22 May 2027. If the form isn't working for any reason, email us.
Yes — both St Andrew's and Halton Grove have step-free access and accessible toilets. The church has a hearing loop. If you have a specific access need, please drop us an email and we'll make sure things are sorted in advance.
Please keep phones & cameras away during the ceremony — our photographer will share everything afterwards. Once we're at Halton Grove, share away. Use #FeeleyGomes2027 if you'd like us to find them later.
Bless you, but we've already locked in the speech list. There'll be plenty of dancefloor minutes for surprise toasts in the evening.
